Britain has sent a special military team to Fiji to interview 1,000 men who have applied to join the British military (which is having trouble finding enough recruits at home). The British have not recruited troops on Fiji since 1961, when 200 joined the Army in response to a similar recruiting mission.--Stephen V Cole
