Croatia has again delayed a promised decision on a contract to have Israeli companies upgrade their MiG-21 fighters and T55 tanks. The decision had been set for September; it is now set for January. Croatia said it would not buy used American F-16 fighters as they were too expensive.--Stephen V Cole
