The Air Force will spend $33 million next year developing concepts for "space control". The goal is to insure that the US has and retains access to space in the event of any conflict, and to deny space access to an enemy. The money will be used to study ways to detect threats to satellites and to classify types of disruptions of their operations.--Stephen V Cole
