Albania's exiled king, King Leka, was arrested in South Africa on an illegal arms charge. King Leka seeks t restore the Albanian monarchy. Allegations that he and his bodyguards have been involved in arms smuggling have tagged the king and his court for years.

War crime investigators found the bodies of 30 Croatians, believed to have been murdered during the siege of Vukovar in 1991.
